3.3 Transaction Restrictions

• Withdrawals may be limited if account verification has not been completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ok ww reserves the right to hold funds until an investigation is completed.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

ok ww offers bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with them is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — meaning ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless ok ww states otherwise.
• A bonus may be forfeited if it is found to be connected to misuse or fraud.
• Only real money may be withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met (in which case the bonus will be cancelled).
• ok ww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok ww platform, and if detected, the account may be permanently closed.

• Fraud, deception, or operating an account using someone else's information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to access the service.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other members or ok ww staff.
